The OpenVINO module enables use of Intel's OpenVINO inference engine for neural networks. This enables you run execute neural networks on Intel's CPUs and integrated GPUs. FAST will download and build OpenVINO automatically when FAST_MODULE_OpenVINO is enabled in cmake.
